1st 12 or 1st 21 - referring to the first twelve or first twenty-one figures released in 1978 by Kenner and other licensees
AFA - Action Figure Authority - US based grading company of toys
ANH - A New Hope
Baggie - referring to a figure that came in a plastic bag from the factory
Bootleg - Referring to an unlicensed toy manufactured in the style of an original licensed toy
CAS - Collector Archive Services - US based grading company of toys
Card back - referring to the cardboard backing that an action figure came attached to
CGA - Collectable Grading Authority - same company as AFA
Clipper - Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg licensee of Star Wars toys
CONUS - Continental United States
COO - Country Of Origin
Custom - A fan made toy based on non production items
Droids - if not referring to the characters from the main toy line this may refer to the Droids cartoon toy line that came out after the POTF line.
DSC - Death Squad Commander or Death Star Commander
DSD - Death Star Droid
DT - Double Telescoping - referring to double telescoping lightsabers that were released with early Luke Skywalker, Ben Kenobi, and Darth Vader
EB - Early Bird - relating to the Early Bird certificate or Early Bird figure set
ERG - Emperor's Royal Guard
ESB - Empire Strikes Back
Ewoks - if not referring to the characters from the main toy line this may refer to the Ewoks cartoon line of toys that came out after the POTF line
FB - often refers to "Farm Boy" as in the original Luke Skywalker
FF or F&F - Friends and Family, referring to the payment type on PayPal
FOTW - or #FOTW - Figure of the Week
FS - For Sale
FT - For Trade
Glasslite - Brazilian licensee of Star Wars toys
GMFGI - General Mills Fun Group Inc. - General Mills originally owned Kenner
GS or G&S - Goods and Services, referring to the payment type on PayPal
Harbert - Italian licensee of Star Wars toys
Kenner - US licensee of Star Wars toys
Last 17 - referring to the last 17 figures produced in the line
Lili Ledy - Mexican licensee of Star Wars toys
Meccano - French licensee of Star Wars toys
MIB - Mint In Box - usually an open box
MISB - Mint In Sealed Box

Popy - Japanese licensee of Star Wars toys
POTF - Power of the Force
Recard - referring to a figure that has been attached to a reproduction card back with a reproduction bubble
Reseal - referring to a figure that has bee reattached to an authentic card with an authentic bubble
Repro - referring to a reproduction item designed to look like an authentic item. Not to be confused with a bootleg. A repro is meant to fool and deceive

RS - Rebelscum - a website with a forum and large archive of Star Wars toys
SWCA - Star Wars Collectors Archive - a huge database created by Gus Lopez of Star Wars toys including production items as well as prototypes
Takara - Japanese licensee of Star Wars toys
TIG - The Imperial Gunnery - a website with reference for authentic weapons and accessories
Toltoys - Australia and New Zealand licensee of Star Wars toys
Top Toys - Argentinian licensee of Star Wars toys
Tri-logo - referring to packaging with the logo written in three languages, English, French and Spanish
Tsukuda - Japanese licensee of Star Wars toys
UKG - UK Graders - United Kingdom based grading company of toys
Unpunched - referring to the piece of cardboard on a package that has not been removed where the toy would be hung from a store display
Uzay - Toy line of Polish bootleg figures
VCJ - Vinyl Cape Jawa
Vintage - referring to the Star Wars toy lines released between 1977-1985 and sometimes up to the year 1989.
